Graduation photos together in one place via QR code
At graduation, family and classmates take photos that end up scattered across phones. With FotoQR, show or send one QR code so everyone can scan and upload directly from their phone, without an app or an account. Keep the entire special day together in one private gallery.
How to collect graduation photos
- Create a gallery. Enter the graduation name and your email. Your browser generates an encryption key and includes it in your private link. Your first 50 photos are free, with no payment card required.
- Share the QR code. Send the link in a group message or show the QR code to family and classmates at the venue.
- Download your photos. Participants upload during the day, and after graduation you can download individual photos or the complete ZIP archive.
Why use a QR gallery for graduation?
- No app or account for family and classmates – scan the QR code and upload from a phone, on iPhone or Android.
- Private and encrypted – only you and your loved ones see the photos; the server stores only unreadable data.
- QR code for messages and the venue – send a link to the group or print the code from the ready-made PDF.
- Your first 50 photos free – try it without risk and add an expansion for the whole year group.
For graduation and other school celebrations

Frequently asked questions
How do I collect graduation photos from family and classmates?
Create a FotoQR gallery for graduation and send its QR code in a group message or show it to family and classmates at the venue. They scan it with their phones and upload directly, without an app or an account.
Do participants need to install an app?
No. Scanning the QR code opens a regular web page. It works on iPhone and Android, and participants upload without installing anything or logging in.
How many photos can a graduation gallery hold?
The free gallery holds 50 photos. If the whole year group or a large family is taking pictures, buy an expansion to add 100, 300 or 1,000 photos and more storage.
How long will graduation photos be available?
The free gallery lasts 7 days. Buying an expansion extends validity by 30 days, giving you time to download everything. Once it expires, the gallery and its encrypted files are automatically deleted.
Are graduation photos private?
Yes. Each photo is encrypted in the browser, so only unreadable data reaches the server. Only people you show the QR code or private link to can view the gallery; nothing is posted on social media.
Does FotoQR also work for final exams or graduation parties?
Yes. FotoQR works for graduations, final exams, graduation parties and other school celebrations: anywhere people want to bring their photos together in one gallery.
