FotoQR

Camp photos: the whole session through one QR code

So much happens at camp that activity photos end up scattered across leaders' phones. With FotoQR, create one gallery, give its QR code or link to leaders and parents, and collect photos in one private place, without an app or an account. The organiser stays in control of the gallery.

How to collect camp photos

  1. Create a gallery. Enter the camp name and your email. Your browser generates an encryption key and includes it in your private link. Your first 50 photos are free, with no payment card required.
  2. Share the QR code. Give the link or QR code to leaders and, if appropriate, parents so they can add photos during the session.
  3. Download your photos. After camp, download individual photos or the complete ZIP archive.

Why use a QR gallery for camp?

For camps and school events

FotoQR works for summer camps, training camps, residential school trips, excursions and clubs: anywhere leaders or teachers need to collect activity photos in one place.

Frequently asked questions

How do we collect camp photos?

Create a FotoQR gallery for the camp and share its QR code or link with leaders and parents. They scan it with their phones and upload activity photos directly, without an app or an account.

Do leaders or parents need to install an app?

No. Scanning the QR code opens a regular web page. It works on iPhone and Android, with no installation or login needed to upload photos.

Can I approve camp photos before others see them?

Yes. Enable moderation in gallery management so new photos appear only after your approval. You can also turn uploads and viewing off completely at any time.

How many photos can a camp gallery hold?

The free gallery holds 50 photos. For a full camp session, buy an expansion to add 100, 300 or 1,000 photos and more storage.

How long will camp photos be available?

The free gallery lasts 7 days. Buying an expansion extends validity by 30 days, giving parents time to download everything. Once it expires, the gallery and its encrypted files are automatically deleted.

Are camp photos private?

Yes. Each photo is encrypted in the browser, so only unreadable data reaches the server. Only people you give the QR code or private link to can view the gallery; nothing is posted on social media.
